"We have been very pleased with the service we receive from Becky and her staff. Whenever we call with any questions or concerns, we immediately receive an email or call back with answers. If the staff is unable to assist us, then Becky will reach out directly. Becky assisted us last year when a deer strike totaled a vehicle of ours, and she made it a seamless process. Most recently I called with some frustrations with a billing change and Becky's staff (June) was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. Thank you for making the time for customers. It is why we stay with State Farm."
